Photography has been my passion for thirty years. Over ten years ago,
I became fascinated with the possibilities of the new digital technology
as an artistic tool. Now, shooting exclusively digital, I find myself
in complete control in pursuing my creative vision. Through the imaginative use of the camera and the digital darkroom, I hope to create images of
simplicity and elegance that accurately express my artistic vision.
Many of my works are composites of several images, others use various
effects generated both in camera and in computer. Using both camera and computer as tools has allowed me the complete freedom to fully express
what I feel about that magnificent and subtle world that surrounds us.
I am fortunate to be an active member of Allied Artists of West Virginia
and have had work exhibited in local galleries. I have won numerous
international online photography awards,
have images as covers of several statewide magazines,
and have been featured in the magazines Photoshopcreative and PCPhoto.
